At Lylt.me, we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, we’ve made our refund process simple and clear.
Physical Products (Frames, tags, etc)
- If your physical product (frame or tags) arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product with a photo of the issue.
- If your physical product is undamaged but you are still unsatisfied, we can offer a partial refund, minus the cost of shipping, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
Digital Platform
If you are unsatisfied with the digital aspect (such as content creation or display features), we can disable your Lylt.me tag(s) and issue a partial refund. This will deactivate the digital content linked to those tags, but you can continue using the physical frame as a standard picture frame.
